We aim to pack and ship all orders with care and intention.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, such as holidays or product launches, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Flat rate Shipping cost of $9.99 Australia Wide.

Free local delivery based on eligible post code Perth and surrounding areas only.

  • Within Australia: 2–5 business days

  • International: We currently don’t delivery outside of Australia - When we do, the cost will be calculated at checkout based on weight and size.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Please note that delays may occur due to customs or postal service disruptions beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received it or have any issues, please contact us at susan@lighenthemood.com.au

Local Pickup - where applicable

We offer free local pickup in the Perth (WA) CBD and surrounding areas for orders over $80 when our special free Local Delivery promotion is active. To be eligible for free local delivery, you’ll need to enter the applicable promo code provided by Lighten the Mood at checkout. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to confirm a suitable delivery time. Free local delivery will only be scheduled if someone is available to receive the order in person.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at susan@lightenthemood.com.au within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my products, I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, wearable items such as eye masks and eye pillows cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at susan@lightenthemood.com.au with a description and clear photo of the issue. I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
